WIGAN ST JUDES 12-10 LEIGH MINERS RANGERS |
| Judes took the spoils in the NWC cup final. Judes took the lead on 15 min with Stewart Banks try at this point judes were well on top, but the miners defence stayed soiled. On 25 min the Miners level the score with a try half time 4-4. Miners hit the front with a penalty goal 4-6. On 55 min Judes came storming back with a James Rimmer try and it got better for Judes on 60 min wth Rimmer's 2nd try to give Judes a 12-6 lead. On 70 mins Miners got back in the game with a well worked try. In the last 10 min it was any ones game but Judes' defence stayed soild to take the cup man of the match for Judes Mick Whittle |
