Wigan St Judes Newbies 36 Wigan Bulldogs 36.
A game which survived the recent poor weather after a venue change on the morning of the match proved to be an entertaining spectacle down at the Bulldogs home pitch.
Wigan Bulldogs were low on numbers so it meant a bit of chopping and changing with our players making up their numbers, demonstrating a great attitude from our players in the spirit of the game. It also meant all the players got a lot of game time today which is certainly beneficial to them.
It was an entertaining game from the start with lots of tries, good tackling technique on display and a willingness to try and pass the ball which will stand our team in good stead for the u7s next year.
